Who We Are and What This Page Covers
These Terms of Service apply to your use of narestco.com and to any service relationship you enter into with National Restoration Construction LLC, a Washington State licensed contractor headquartered at 1530 S Dash Point Rd, Federal Way, WA 98003. Service Area and Estimates
National Restoration Construction LLC operates within Washington State. We primarily serve the greater Puget Sound region, including King, Pierce, and surrounding counties. We cannot guarantee availability outside that footprint, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer to perform work in areas where we are not licensed or insured to operate.
Any estimate, quote, or scope of work provided — whether delivered verbally, by email, or through an online form — is informational only. It is not a binding contract. The actual service relationship begins when both parties have signed a written Work Authorization Agreement. That signed document, along with any attached scope-of-work addenda, governs the terms of the project, including price, timeline, and the specific tasks to be performed. If a discrepancy exists between something stated on this website and a signed Work Authorization, the signed document controls.
Payment Terms and Accepted Methods
Payment terms are outlined in your Work Authorization Agreement. In general, a deposit or initial payment may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon substantial completion unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. We do not accept cash for jobs above a threshold stated in your agreement.
For insurance-related projects, we work directly with your adjuster to document damage, submit required photos and reports, and coordinate payment through your claim. Our coordination with your insurer does not alter your personal payment obligations for any amounts not covered by your policy, including deductibles or work outside the approved scope.
Scope of Work and Liability
Restoration and reconstruction projects can uncover conditions that were not visible or knowable at the time of the original estimate — hidden mold behind drywall, structural damage beneath flooring, or pre-existing code deficiencies. If we encounter conditions that materially change the scope, we will notify you before proceeding and provide a written change order for your approval.
National Restoration Construction LLC carries general liability insurance and maintains licensure under Washington State Department of Labor & Industries requirements. Our liability is limited to the direct scope of contracted work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, secondary damage caused by delays outside our control, or decisions made by third parties including insurance carriers.
Disputes
If a dispute arises from services rendered, we ask that you contact us directly first — most concerns can be resolved quickly. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be governed by the laws of Washington State, with venue in King County or Pierce County courts as appropriate. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from pursuing remedies available under Washington’s consumer protection statutes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The current version will always be available at narestco.com/terms. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
